Although Workspace Elements is relatively new to the Salt Lake commercial marketplace, it brings with it a long history of success. The Salt Lake operation has its roots in Richins Office. Richins Office was established in 1972 and has been in continuous operation since then. In order to meet the changing needs of our customers and the business climate several years ago Richins Office came to the conclusion that they needed to update their business model.
That change came in the form of Workspace Elements as seen today. The notion of change was given great thought due to the belief that an understanding of the ever-changing needs of our clients, along with a deeper understanding of the anticipated change, would lend its self to better results. Such bold leaps however have better chance of success when the fundamentals of an organization are sound and the leadership along with the team have a track record of success.
